> Sign up for Fluximage, upload a batch of images, configure your output settings, and download your optimized ZIP in under five minutes.

This guide walks you through your first image optimization with Fluximage. You'll go from sign-up to a downloaded ZIP of compressed, converted images in just a few steps.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Create your account">
    Go to [fluximage.app](https://fluximage.app) and sign up for free — no credit card required. The Free plan gives you 20 compressions per month to get started right away.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload your images">
    From your dashboard, drag and drop your images into the upload area. You can upload up to 20 images per batch, with a maximum size of 20 MB per file. Supported input formats include JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose output format and quality">

  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable AI features (optional)">
    Toggle on **AI alt text** to generate context-aware descriptions for each image, or **SEO rename** to replace generic filenames like `IMG_9002.jpg` with descriptive slugs like `red-nike-running-shoes.webp`. Each image processed with an AI feature consumes one AI credit.

    <Note>
      AI features — including alt text generation, SEO filename renaming, and watermarking — require a paid plan (Starter or above). [Compare plans](/plans) to find the right fit.
    </Note>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Compress and download">
